[Waco, TX] – As Sedona Staffing Services celebrates 25 years of serving Central Texas, the company is proud to announce an exciting transformation—introducing Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. This rebranding marks a significant milestone, reflecting both the company’s legacy and its future commitment to connecting businesses with top talent.

The decision to rename the company is deeply personal. In 2021, Sedona Staffing Services lost its co-founder, Robert Crouch, who dedicated 25 years to the staffing industry. To honor his memory and the impact he made on countless businesses and job seekers, the company will now carry his name forward as Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. “As we move into the next 25 years, we want to ensure that his values, dedication, and commitment to excellence remain at the core of our company.”, stated Karen Crouch, President and Owner.
While the name is changing, the company’s mission remains the same. Clients and job seekers can continue to expect the same dedicated service, experienced team, and strong community presence. Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. will also remain part of the Sedona Staffing Services® Network, ensuring continued access to top-tier resources.

Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is a locally owned and operated agent office for Sedona Staffing Services, LLC and a proud member of the Sedona Staffing Services® Network. Our Killeen and Temple branches opened in February 2000, followed by our Waco office in September 2001. While most entrepreneurs start with a single office, Karen and Robert leveraged their combined expertise in Central Texas' labor market to establish two locations simultaneously—laying the foundation for what would become a trusted staffing partner in the region.
